Question 1: How Many Bundles of Hair Do I Need?
A: The amount of bundles needed, depends on the type of look you are going for. In general , 3 bundles should be enough for the average head size. However. if you want looks more full , you can choose 4 (or more) bundles.
Each bundle weighs 100 grams. Typically, the amount of bundles needed are:
*8" to 18" ~ 3 bundles
*20" to 30" ~ 4 bundles
*32" and beyond ~ 5+ bundles
Question 2: Why Do My Hair Extensions Shed or Tangle?
A: The hair itself is the best quality virgin human hair Please make sure you are keeping the hair clean and following the hair care instructions below:
*Use wide tooth comb for these textures: kinky, curly, deep wave hair. Also, you will need to finger-comb the hair gently.
*Is the hair dry? If the hair is dry, it will easily tangle , please use hair conditioner and Olive Oil to maintain shine and moisture.
*Is the weft loose ? Cutting the weft is not recommended. If you have cut the hair weft , avoid using glue.
* Be sure to wear a satin bonnet/scarf each night to protect the hair and prevent friction, shedding, or matting of the hair.
Question 3: How Long Will My Hair Last?
A: Our hair is 100% Human Hair.
7A Hair may last up to 3+ months with proper care.
8A Hair may Last 6-12 months with proper care.
9A Hair may last 1-2 years with proper care.
10A Hair may last 2-3 years with proper care
Time Length may vary depending on how you take care of the hair.

Question 4: Does the hair have bad smell?
A: The hair is washed and conditioned when it is produced, so, it may have a smell that is from the condition that is used when producing the hair. This smell should decreased after your co-wash.
Question 5: Does the hair shed a lot?
A: Our hair may have a few strands of initial shedding which is normal. Excessive shedding may result from weft cutting. We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND our customers SEAL the WEFT & CUTTING AREA. Avoid cutting the weft unless you feel it's necessary. Also, be sure to follow our hair care instructions.
Question 6: Can I get my bundles in a different color?
A: Infinity Beauty has 100% virgin unprocessed hair and does not have any chemical treatment which includes coloring. The bundles only come in its natural color (off black #1B or dark brown #2). Occasionally, we may offer pre-colored items available for purchase (613 Hair). Please note: Hair that is colored or bleached in any way is no longer considered Virgin Hair.
Question 7: Can the hair be dyed/bleached?
A: Yes. All virgin hair can be dyed/bleached. Do keep in mind that once the virgin hair is dyed or bleached, it is no longer unprocessed. Any chemical used to alter the natural state of the hair is now considered processed. Advance care will be needed due to the hair no longer being attached to the scalp and therefore losing its natural moisture source. We highly recommend having your hair stylist dye your hair, so you will get the results you want and not damage the hair. After you dye ,please use high quality hair oil on it everyday. We suggest getting 9A or 10A grade hair is you plan to dye you hair since it is of better quality and accepts the color better than the 7A or 8A hair.
Question 8: Can the hair be flat ironed or curled?
A: Yes. Our hair can be flat ironed and/or curled. We suggest you use a heat protestant when using hot hair tools. Another alternative to get a curled look is to use flexi-rods or rollers. This will prevent any possible heat damage.

Question 10: How much does each bundle weigh?
A: Each bundle weighs approximately 3.5 ounces or 100 grams The length of the hair can alter the weight. The longer the hair, the more bundles you will need.
Question 11: Why do my hair extensions get tangled?
A: * Your hair extension may tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up. Salt water, chlorine and not combing ?wide tooth comb?out your hair daily.
* Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, (twice a week for optimal results). Use olive oil to moisten it smoothly or consult your stylist for more suggestions.
Question 12: How do I pay for an order?
A: To pay for your order online by going to the Infinity Beauty website, Select: the item you wish to purchase. Then click "add to cart." Following this action, you can either continue shopping or choose to checkout securely on or site, with Sezzle or via Paypal.
Question 13: Why did my payment fail?
A: If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following:
*Card security code failed, Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure. Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.
*Incorrect billing address could cause a payment to fail. The billing address for your card must match what is on file with the financial institution. (For all orders, your billing address and shipping address must be the same to avoid consumer fraud).
*Purchase amount Exceeds your limit. Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit. Or the payment is unable to go through smoothly.
Question 14: How can I track my order?
A: Here is how you track your order:
Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email (or Text) stating that you order has been received. Shortly after we receive your order, it enters into a Processing stage, this is when we prepare your items prior to shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an order tracking email with a tracking number. To view the status of your shipment, use the tracking number provided to you. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.

A: If you can't track your order using the tracking number provided:
Please contact the shipping (i.s: UPS, FedEx, USPS) company to confirm if the order was dispatched. Sometimes shipping companies take 1-2 days to update new delivery information on their website. You may also track your order on our site by using your order number.
Question 16: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Usually, orders can be delivered within 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for your package to arrive. The length of time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method as well as the location of the shipping address.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order. You may also track your order on our site by using your order number.

Question 19: When will I receive my refund?
A: Generally, we do not offer refunds at this time. All sales are final. Infinity Beauty does not honor refunds, cancellations, charge-backs. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you for choosing Infinity Beauty!
In the event that you are issued a refund, the funds will be automatically refunded back to the card used when placing the order. Once the refund has been completed, you will be notified via email or text message.

A: We've partnered with Sezzle to allow you to pay for your order with interest-free installment plans. Once you to place an order with Infinity Beauty, you will have the option to pay with Sezzle- This will divide your payment into 4 interest-free payments. The best thing about Sezzle is that you get your hair as soon as you make your first payment! The process is simple, select the items you'd like to purchase, go to the checkout screen and select Sezzle as you method of payment. You will then be redirected to create an account or login to Sezzle. Once this is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Infinity Beauty.
Please be aware that standard shipping time is between 7-10 business days. However, most orders usually ship within 3-5 business days.
Question 22: How do I book a V-Steam at Infinity Beauty?
A: To schedule your V-Steam, you can call Infinity Beauty at 713-364-8040. You may also go into the store and request a walk-in Steam session, however, service is not guaranteed if you choose to walk in for same-day services.
Services are usually available Tuesday-Saturday 12-7 pm and Sunday & Monday By appointment only.
